This home had six small arched windows upstairs. We changed the brick openings and installed three larger rectangular windows, then finished the new sills, custom aluminum and window perimeters.

No. Start with one window, a few priority rooms or the whole home. Tell us which windows will stay so we can coordinate the frame colour, proportions and trim. If you plan to replace more later, we record your choices; future product availability can change.
Yes. Add as many styles as you like to your shortlist and give an approximate total window count. You do not need a quantity for each style. A fixed window can frame a view while casements, sliders or hung windows provide ventilation in other rooms.
Each opening has its own dimensions and installation needs. Size, operating style, glass, colour and finish work all affect cost, along with access and any damage around the frame. We price the selected windows and installation together, with additional repairs identified separately, before you approve an order.
No. Your preferred styles, approximate count and town or postal code are enough to start. Photos and rough measurements are optional. Strataline takes the final measurements on site before ordering and checks the frame condition, opening direction and surrounding finishes so the new windows fit the actual openings.
We list the window styles, sizes, glass and finishes, then set out the installation method, removal and disposal, sealing and insulation. The quote also specifies interior casing, exterior finishing and cleanup. Drywall, painting or other extra work is identified separately so you know how each opening will be finished.
Include your preferred timing in the request. After measuring and selecting the windows, we check current production and delivery times and plan the installation with you. Glass, colours and custom configurations can change the lead time. We confirm the expected schedule before the order is placed.
We correct defects caused by our installation. Workmanship coverage applies to the original client during their ownership, subject to the manufacturer-warranty period for supplied products. Where no meaningful product warranty exists, the ownership period applies. Coverage ends on sale or another contractor’s repair or alteration; normal wear, misuse and unrelated damage are excluded.
