What was there before

What remained
The established stair geometry remained the basis of the new railing and floor relationships. The project focused on opening the view and resolving the visible transitions.
Work completed
The half wall was removed and a custom open railing installed. Hardwood, tile, finish carpentry and ceiling finishing were completed within the connected renovation.
