The scope
A room is ready when its services, equipment and finishes agree with the approved plan.
Coordinate dedicated circuits, outlets, lighting and equipment power requirements with licensed electrical contractors.
Arrange licensed plumbing and HVAC work to the agreed design and supplier specifications, including planned service interruptions.
Coordinate chair and imaging rough-ins, IT cabling, security and training-room AV with your selected specialist vendors.
Designed around the way you work
We bring together equipment drawings, trade requirements and site conditions before rough-in. Access panels, casework, ceiling work and inspections are sequenced so completed finishes do not need to be opened again for a missed connection.
Clinical equipment installation and commissioning stay with the designated suppliers. We coordinate their construction requirements and attendance.
Make a start
Choose the areas and hours that suit you, or let us help you plan. Your choices go into your inquiry.
One lead, from start to finish
Collect equipment specifications, design information and existing service conditions with your team.
Agree on shutdowns, rough-ins and inspections, then sequence the work with the interior construction.
Finish the surrounding surfaces and coordinate trade checks, supplier installation and the next facility steps.
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is assigned to appropriately licensed trades. Required inspections and their responsibilities are identified in the scope.
We agree on the affected rooms and outage window before interrupting a service. The plan includes restart checks with the responsible trade or supplier.
Your team identifies equipment protection, restricted areas and vendor access. Equipment drawings are useful; patient records are not needed for a construction inquiry.
