The scope
We review the way your team and patients move through the clinic before setting the sequence.
Coordinate room finishes, partitions, casework and service changes with the equipment team and the next room release.
Renew corridors, reception and staff spaces in agreed sections, planning deliveries and waste removal around occupied areas.
Seal work zones, protect adjacent finishes and use HEPA extraction at the tool, with air scrubbers or negative air where the facility plan requires them.
Designed around the way you work
Containment, access, noise and dust-producing work are agreed before construction starts. We coordinate barriers and shift-end checks with your facilities or infection prevention lead and adjust the phasing when patient access changes.
Some stages require a complete room or clinic shutdown. We identify those stages early and agree on the release requirements with your team.
Make a start
Choose the areas and hours that suit you, or let us help you plan. Your choices go into your inquiry.
One lead, from start to finish
We agree on available rooms, patient routes, deliveries, noisy work and the handover requirements for each phase.
Work proceeds in the agreed zones, with after-hours shifts, trade coordination and construction cleanup.
We walk through the completed area with your team before moving the work zone to the next phase.
Containment and cleaning follow the requirements agreed with the clinic. Construction cleanup supports your facility process; clinical release remains with the responsible facility team.
We identify drilling, demolition and service interruptions in advance. These tasks are assigned to suitable shutdown windows rather than assumed compatible with patient care.
One Strataline lead coordinates the daily sequence and communicates room availability. Scope or schedule changes are agreed before they affect the next phase.
